Last fiscal year, NewPath Consulting spent just a tad over $6,000 CAD (about $4,600 USD) for SaaS products. The top SaaS in terms of cost were Formstack, Slack, Mad Mimi and Zoom. These 4 products accounted for almost 70% of our yearly technology spend. This is not surprising because all 4 products are integral to our efforts to sell to our prospects and service our customers.
We are exploring Clickup for project management, customer relationship management and prospect management for 2021. Also this past year we shutdown our Highrise CRM as it was not only expensive, but also fairly useless to our efforts to sell. It was to be sure a glorified database of email addresses already stored in Mad Mimi.
By the way we spent over $4,000 in bank fees to accept online payments. Stripe/Paypal are getting rich off our backs! This is going to be cut big time as we stop accepting credit cards for large client payments and go to cross border ACH with LeanPayments.com
